Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara

Depart from Nairobi in the morning and embark on a scenic drive to Masai Mara National Reserve, which typically takes around 4-5 hours. Upon arrival at your chosen lodge or camp, enjoy a refreshing lunch. After settling in, head out for an afternoon game drive, your first opportunity to witness the incredible wildlife of Masai Mara. Return to the lodge in the evening for a delicious dinner, followed by an overnight stay in the heart of the reserve.

Day 2: Full Day Game Drive in Masai Mara

Begin the day with an early breakfast before embarking on a full-day game drive. Packed lunches will be provided as you explore the vast landscapes and diverse ecosystems of Masai Mara. This day allows for a comprehensive wildlife viewing experience, including encounters with the renowned “Big Five” and witnessing the great wildebeest migration if visiting during the migration season (July to October). Return to the lodge in the evening, where a sumptuous dinner awaits. Overnight stay at the lodge or camp.

Day 3: Masai Mara to Nairobi

Start the day with an early morning game drive, offering a final opportunity to observe the awakening wilderness and perhaps spot some elusive wildlife. Return to the lodge for a late breakfast before checking out. Depart from Masai Mara and head back to Nairobi. Lunch can be enjoyed en route or in Nairobi, depending on your preference and schedule. If time permits, consider a visit to a local Maasai village for a cultural experience. The safari concludes with a transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your departure.
